James Otis Campbell, 76, of Millersburg passed away November 17, 2014 at home. He was born March 30, 1938 in West Plains, Missouri to Otis and Vera (Cochran) Campbell.
Jim is survived by two daughters, Betty Ann (Frank) Van Slyke of Silver Springs, Florida and Janice Marie (Jay) DeMeo of Santa Rosa, California; two granddaughters; two grandsons; two great-granddaughters; and a daughter-in-law, Debbie Campbell.
Cremation arrangements are in care of the Beck Funeral Home, no services are planned at this time.
